The ‘Great Festivals’ are effectively a brand of touring touch rugby events. Our utmost concern is in protecting our brand and ensuring that our reputation for professionalism and delivering a great event increases after each and every festival we organise.

 

What we look for...

Our aim is to work with progressive, committed rugby clubs who enjoy putting on a great show and have the necessary infrastructure:

  • camping/caravanning area and amenities,
  • ample pitch availability (ideally three full-size pitches),
  • modern and clean changing room facilities with plenty of hot water,
  • a welcoming bar and social area to complement our marquee,
  • catering facilities with the ability and reputation to serve quality food (and embrace our vegetarian friends)

That said, it’s as much about attitude as infrastructure and we really want to work with passionate rugby people who will enjoy the ride!

 

What we can provide...

It’s a party, and what we bring to the party is –

  • Expert and specific knowledge of planning and executing an event attracting up to 1000 people
  • Marketing and sponsorship opportunities
  • A team of impartial professionals to referee and manage the ‘pitchside’ event
  • A guaranteed revenue stream

We’re also available to manage winter festivals, indoor competitions and non-rugby events. Essentially we’re happy to hear from anyone who feel they have the means and drive to jointly deliver a wonderful event.  Whilst any club is free to organise a tournament, we genuinely feel that working in partnership with us provides the least stressful and most successful means of delivering a ‘great festival’.
