The concept of the Great Festivals is to provide the best possible event for all those taking part. Ideally we'd love you to travel with us and enjoy the full tour. In order to ensure that we’re creating the best possible environment for the festivals, we need to listen to you.

Each team will be invited to appoint a ‘Festival rep’ who we’ll engage with and listen to in order to understand your thoughts and views. For us, it’s about reacting to what you want and continually monitoring your feedback.

We actively encourage your views and we make a point of getting back to anyone who makes a suggestion as to how we can improve the festivals.
